Our STEM journey began in the senior room last week when our quiz team went to Louth Library to take part in the Engineers Ireland North East and DKIT (now known as D.U.C) STEM quiz. Their knowledge of all things in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths were put to the test and came out in second place to qualify for the final on the 4th March
Well done to them and best of luck in the next round.
Then on Monday 2nd March, our class were invited to D.U.C to watch a brilliant display of STEM by physicist Ruth Perkins. The children enjoyed the show very much and gained much knowledge in the field of STEM.
